If you use the Plaid service to link a bank account when signing up for a Swell account, you grant Swell and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution and you acknowledge and agree that your personal and financial information will be treated by Plaid in accordance with Plaid’s privacy policy, located at, and by Swell according to this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Swell uses personally identifiable and other collected information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. We use your personal information to enhance your customer experience, operate and maintain your account in accordance with US law, investigate and understand how Swell is used, monitor and protect the security and integrity of Swell, and better market and advertise Swell's services.
